Dear Customers,

We use Pos Laju (Malaysia National Courier) for all the domestic addresses and Pos Laju EMS for all international address as we find this source the most economical way to send products to our Customers.

Pos Laju Domestic Courier Rate:
West Malaysia: MYR6 for the first 500 grams
Sarawak: MYR8 for the first 500 grams
Sabah: MYR9 for the first 500 grams

Pos Laju EMS International Courier Rate:
If you would like to use another courier company such as TNT / DHL / UPS / FedEx / etc., you may request so that we can check the courier rate for you.

Payment Transfer

General guidelines on payment clearance:

Cash-in at bank counter
Immediate

Local Cheque at same or different bank (counter or machine)
Bank-in morning - 1 day
Bank-in afternoon - 2 days

Outstation Cheque (meaning issued cheque and bank-in account is not from same state)
Bank-in morning - 2 day
Bank-in afternoon - 2-3 days

Online transfer different bank (GIRO)
2 days

Online transfer third party account (same bank)
Immediate

Notes:
1. Days listed above must be counted as working days (which does not include Saturday and Sunday currently)
2. Morning = bank opening hour till 2pm3. Afternoon = after 2pm
